Thunderclouds of Magical Power. One of my all-time favorite extra stage themes, and stage themes! I feel like Double Dealing Character is a super underrated game. It practically paved the way for the modern age of Touhou! A lot of the instruments/VSTs ZUN started using in the games from 14 onward started here. And honestly, IMO, DDC has one of the best overall OSTs from any of the games. I think the only one I really dislike is probably the stage 1 boss theme. It just felt so underwhelming. Anyways, there really wasn't much to change here. Can't really make something that's already so perfect any better. I add some thunder FX at the start cause I thought it was fitting and would set the mood. Add the Rickenbacker amp(the guitar) in around the climax cause I felt like an electric guitar would fit in, also the elite lead from Retrologue is hiding in the background as well. Also changed the pristine bell to crystal lake cause I think it fits better. But overall, really really like it! A bit more modernized for something so modern.
