Here's a recipe you can follow: Ingredients 1/2 kg rice (preferably boiled rice or any medium-grain rice) 1/2 kg grated jaggery (adjust to taste) 1/2 grated coconut (fresh or desiccated) slightly roasted 2 tablespoons ghee 1 teaspoon cardamom powder A handful of roasted cashews and raisins (optional) 2 tbsp white sesame seds dry roasted 2 tbsp black sesame seeds dry roasted Pinch of salt (optional) Instructions Roast the Rice: Dry roast the rice in a pan on medium heat until it turns golden brown and you get a nice aroma. This might take 5–7 minutes. Make sure to stir continuously to avoid burning. Let the rice cool completely. Grind the Rice: Once cooled, grind the roasted rice into a fine powder using a blender or a spice grinder. Combine Ingredients In a large mixing bowl, add the rice powder, grated jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom powder. Mix well. Add Ghee: Heat the ghee until melted, then add it to the mixture. The ghee helps bind the mixture and adds richness to the laddus. Form the Laddus: Mix everything thoroughly until it holds together. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more melted ghee. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into laddus. You can add roasted cashews and raisins to each laddu for extra flavor and texture.
