Chucks Big Stik 80 Build & Maiden Flight

Decided i'd like to try and build a plane and loved flying my VQ Stick 1500 so decided to build a Big Stik 80" with a Gas Engine. I settled on the new Evolution 33cc Gas Engine as from what i had read about it sounded good. With the kit i went for the Laser Cut Kit Australia Big Stik 80 short kit, which contained all the parts you would normally have to trace and cut out. So ribs and former's and a plan is basically what you get. I must say this wasn't an easy build and having friends to help when you get stuck is a must. But building something yourself and then seeing the end product take off into the sky and fly well is very satisfying. I also set this plane up as a Tug for towing gliders up when i attend some of the great aerotow events around the country. Well sit back and watch a little of the build and then the maiden flight.
