Barrett, MD, is a cognitive neurologist, specialized in neurorehabilitation and brain injury medicine, and Director of Stroke Rehabilitation Research at Kessler Foundation. She is also the Chief, Neurorehabilitation Program Innovation, Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation, and Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Her clinical and research focus is on brain-behavior relationships in neurological and neuropsychological recovery.
