From the streets of Milngavie, via the Lochs, Glens, forests & moors along the way, 2 best friends tackle one of the finest routes that Scotland has to offer: The West Highland Way, an honest & realistic snapshot of this iconic route. We're both 58+ didn't treat it as a race, just an adventure for 2 old men This story has no frills, no bombastic soundtrack & it isn't intended to tell you what you should do or what to take. I've filmed it in 4k & 21:9 format, along with some drone photography, so you can get the most out if it. Hopefully you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Way, like we did, by watching our adventure. We made mistakes: looking back, I'd have done it over 8 days, breaking our journey at Inversnaid and King's House Hotel, but choices were made It was awesome and a catalyst for us to try more long distance routes in the future.
