Homemade sourdough sandwich bread ( that doesn’t crumble)

Ingredients: 300 grams freshly feed sourdough starter 650 grams warm water 1000 grams bread flour 50 grams honey 40 grams olive oil or avocado oil 20 grams salt Makes 2 loaves of sourdough sandwich bread. I freeze them for about 2-3 weeks and they hold up great!
