Midtown Madness 1 Speedrun 100% [1:26.50 by ScaredOwnage]

This game does take a lot of skill and knowledge to complete fast. But this game also takes a lot of luck as well. There are many instances where I had to restart the race because a cop damaged me out or traffic is not working in my favor and I can't catch up in time. Where I slowed down the most was wasting minutes on Perimeter Perils when I should've just chose the police car in the first place. I also slowed down a lot on the final race because if you crash even once, you will never catch back up. I will be redoing this speedrun very soon and have a better timer/recording of it so stay tuned :)
