Capturing Seasons In The Abyss Guitar Tone Marshall DSL20

Such a cool album, I have a new MXR 10 band to try and capture the tone just like Kerry and Jeff did. Turns out the Marshall DSL does a fantastic Slayer tone on its own. When I pushed the front end with the eq things got a little muddy and that snarl midrange got lost a little. I turned it off and wound the gain up a little and there it is...
