Could We Find Enough Species to Win? 🎣 | Rods & Ribbons Species Hunt in aid of cancer research 🎣🎣

The inaugural Rods & Ribbons Species Hunt was one to remember! 🎣 In this video, we join anglers from across the UK as they come together for a fantastic day of fishing, fundraising and friendly competition in support of Cancer Research UK. Based at Haslar Marina, the event saw 36 competitors across 12 boats, alongside anglers taking part remotely from around the country. It was brilliant to see so many new faces, junior anglers, ladies teams and even people fishing their very first competition. With 13 species recorded, a constantly changing leaderboard and plenty of action throughout the day, the competition went right down to the wire. Congratulations to Hannah Burywood on taking the overall win, Joe Challinor in 2nd, Oscar Zehr in 3rd and Toby Challinor for winning the Junior category. A huge well done to the Rods & Ribbons team for organising such a fantastic event, supported by Squidward 3 and the wider angling community. Most importantly, together we raised an incredible £1,060 for Cancer Research UK.
