2026 University-Wide Commencement Ceremony | The University of Texas at Austin

The 143rd University-Wide Commencement Ceremony took place on the evening of Saturday, May 9, at the Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium on the UT Austin campus. Hosted by President Jim Davis, this landmark event brought together graduates from every degree-granting college and school at the university to celebrate their transition to becoming alumni. The ceremony featured: Keynote Address: Inspiring words for the Class of 2026 from Longhorn legend Colt McCoy. Official Remarks: Speeches from student representatives and university leadership.
