Dry Curaçao Bar spoon of Grenadine Add ice and stir Strain in to a glass Garnish with an orange twist Improved Whiskey Cocktail: Build in mixing glass 2 oz. or 60 ml. Rye (Rittenhouse Rye) .25 oz. or 7 ml. Maraschino Liqueur .25 oz. or 7 ml. Simple Syrup Two dashes of Boker's Bitters Add ice and stir Rinse glass with Absinthe Strain into glass Garnish with a twist of lemon Caipirinha: Build in shaker Cut a lime into 8ths and add to your shaker .75 oz. or 21 ml. Simple Syrup Muddle 2 oz. or 60 ml. Cachaça (Novo Fogo) Add ice and shake Open pour into glass Mai Tai: Build in shaker 1 oz. or 30 ml. Orgeat .5 oz. or 15 ml. Dry Curaçao 1 oz. or 30 ml.
