TBOI Rep+ New Save: Unlocking Huge Growth! & Locust of Death

The real crown jewels of this run is that I managed to nab one of the harder and more obscure unlocks to get without setting up a d20 break. To unlock Huge Growth you need to increase your size 5 times in a run. Things that contribute to your size would be magic mushroom, 'one makes you larger' pills, and the strength card. Any size down items like "one makes you smaller", caffeine pill, binky/etc works against your progress and adds another size up that you must achieve. Also, for the "strength" card, if you manage to acquire 5 in a run they all have to be used in the same room because the card effect only applies for the room you use it in meaning strength would be best used as the 5th/ final size up.
