Couple facing charges after climbing Empire State Building in sky-high stunt

The couple who climbed to the top of the Empire State Building were criminally charged in connection with scaling the New York City skyscraper. Angelina Nikolau and Ivan Kuznetsov were each charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief and an additional charge. NBC News' Valerie Castro reports.
