No professional workshop. Only few special tools (except a torque wrench). Just a home gym, some patience, and an Orro Gold STC frame waiting to become a bike. Part 1 covers: frame prep, headset, stem, handlebar, crankset, rear derailleur, cables. This is not a tutorial — this is just how I did it.
