SHRIMP TANK SETUP for Caridina Shrimp

Hello Shrimp People! In today's video I go over how I setup a Caridina Shrimp Tank! (Those Caridina requiring Soft Water - Taiwan Bees, CRS/CBS, Pintos) Everyone has their own way of doing this, this is what works for me (using ADA Africana in this video) There are many different Buffering soils out there used for Caridina shrimp, each kind can vary in regards to how low the PH is. So please do your research about soils before buying/using. This is a general guide. Also keep in mind the type of Soil you choose could affect how many water changes to do during cycling and overall how long it will take before your tank is ready and safe for shrimp.
