Helping a Rancher Recover from an Unstable Ankle | Michael & Sydney's Story

Michael and Sydney George opened their ranch, Down N Out Cattle Co. in 2011. Michael's unstable ankle was causing severe pain and making his physically demanding job very hard to do. He suffered from weekly sprains, 12 out of 10 pain levels, and had to concentrate on walking to prevent from rolling his ankle. Dr. Waters and the team at Platte River Foot & Ankle Surgeons diagnosed him with an unstable ankle and found his ligaments were not as they should be and there was even a bone fragment that had detached from his ankle and was hanging onto a torn ligament. At first, Michael was not happy with the thought of having to take time off work to have surgery and heal but in this episode he explains why he would do it all over again and would even do it sooner if he could go back.
