Simple Sewn Paper Collage - a great creative kickstarter
Starting off with a small, quick project using readily available materials - just scraps of paper, a needle and thread and a glue stick if you have one. Sewing on paper is great way to kickstart your creativity with no need to worry about getting it wrong or what the result looks like. You can use any clean paper you have; gift wrap and used greetings cards, magazines, old books, shopping lists, anything that's destined for the bin! Once hand stitched the pieces can be embellished with more mark marking and/or machine stitched for even more interest - it's completely up to you.
