Hello, friends! Today's video is about a Ural fire truck accident. The accident happened in the spring. It was wet snow, and the road was slippery. You'd think the poor road conditions would make drivers more careful, but they acted the opposite – as if they couldn't see or hear anything around them. The Ural crossed the first intersection on a red light. It's assumed that drivers, when starting on their green light, would first ensure it was safe to begin the maneuver and, seeing and hearing the emergency equipment, would let us through. Not so. Our driver was prepared. We crossed the second intersection on our green light, and the taxi driver's maneuvers were unexpected. Perhaps he was distracted. And the collision was downright kamikaze. To interfere with a gigantic, heavy Ural truck, moving with emergency lights on a green light, especially in such road conditions... It's a miracle the Ural was able to pull over to the shoulder; otherwise, it would have crushed both cars. The crew escaped with minor injuries. The culprits fled the scene. A woman was in the first car, and a second car with a man at the wheel was discovered by a traffic police crew not far from the scene in a courtyard. The fire truck driver's license was revoked by the technical department and he was required to retake his driving test. However, following the green light, he was innocent in any case, and by turning onto the shoulder, he simply saved the lives of the people in the cars.
