Lassie - Episode #183 - "The New Refrigerator" - Season 6, Ep. 1 - 09/06/1959

A new refrigerator takes the place of the Martin's old icebox, delighting Ruth who has wanted a refrigerator for so long, but causing Lassie some concern. TRIVIA - This is the first episode staring the new Lassie (nicknamed "Spook") who takes the place of the prior Lassie ("Jr.") who at that time was dealing with cancer. Jr. eventually recovers, but never works on the set again. NOTE: Ads are by Classic Media who own the Lassie copyright.
