A cloudburst-triggered flash flood has caused widespread devastation in Arunachal Pradesh's Potin area following intense monsoon rains. Entire houses, vehicles and roads were swept away within minutes, leaving communities shattered and rescue teams racing against time. The worst-hit was the nearby Possa village, where the flash flood claimed the life of one woman.
