Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue - Hemiolia 'master copy' tape review & compared to the best OG & UHQR LPs

Today I'm listening to the amazing Miles Davis 'master copy' 15ips 2-track tape from Hemiolia Records. Here I'll be reviewing and comparing how the sound differs from both the original Columbia 6-eye and the recent Analogue Productions UHQR 33rpm and 45rpm cuts by Bernie Grundman. Probably one of the most exciting new releases of 2022 / 2023 were the copy-master tape releases three of seminal jazz albums from Hemiolia Records of Italy. I purchased the tape directly from: https://www.hemioliarecords.com/ You can now read my full track-by-track review on my website The Reel To Reel Rambler, in which I go into detail on the sourcing, provenance, copyright and licensing, a detailed analysis of the sound and how that relates to remastering vs remixing: https://thereeltoreelrambler.com/2023...
