This was my 3rd USPSA match, and it was a rollercoaster. The day started rough. I was over-confirming my sights, hesitating, and not trusting my speed. But as the match went on, I started settling in. I began trusting the work I’ve been putting in and shooting the pace I know I’m capable of. By the end of the day, things finally started clicking. Every match I attend, I learn something new — not just about shooting, but about mindset, confidence, and trusting the process. One of the best parts of these matches is being surrounded by shooters who are far more experienced. Watching them, learning from them, and hearing their feedback has been huge for my growth. I’m still early in my USPSA journey, but I’m committed to improving and crushing the goals I set for myself this year.
