Demonstrating and Fitting the DCCconcepts Super Stay Alive
Zen Super Stay Alive has exceptional power storage. In fact, once charged, they have enough power to run an average OO or HO Locomotive more than two metres with the track power removed! Super Stay Alives are available in 2 or 3-wire variants: DCD-SA2-SS.1 - Single Pack, 2-Wire Super Stay-Alive DCD-SA2-SS.3 - Triple Pack, 2-Wire Super Stay-Alive DCD-SA3-SS.1 - Single Pack, 3-Wire Plug & Play Super Stay Alive DCD-SA3-SS.3 - Triple Pack, 3-Wire Plug & Play Super Stay Alive Super Stay Alives can be found direct from DCCconcepts or from any of our authorised dealers. Zen 3-wire Stay Alives are the natural partner for your Zen Decoders, however they are also ideal for adding to high quality sound decoders which allow stay alive installation - such as ESU and others. Zen 2-wire Stay Alives are great for decoders which need a two-wire connection such as Zimo products. Despite their excellent power storage ability, the Super Stay Alive is very good value… and slightly smaller than competitive products. Installation is easy – with the 3-wire stay alive on a Zen decoder, just connect the plug and play sockets. With the two-wire Stay Alive, or with a 3-wire harness, just connect the wires to the stay alive connection points on your decoder. The overall size of Super Stay-Alives is a compact 32.3mm long x 16.1mm wide x 5.3mm high. We recommend turning off DC running capabilities when using any Stay-Alives - this can be done using CV29 on your decoder. Music can be found on http://www.mediafire.com - "Staying Alive".
