Often, the whole group has to be given the same grade, but we know that's not "very fair," because some people in the group have worked harder than others. Does this happen to you when you're assessing group projects? Well, in this week's video, I want to share a couple of techniques with you so you have more information and can adjust the grade, even within the same group. This means that some people can have a higher grade and others a lower grade, within the same group. To do this, we can use self-assessment and even, if we want to go further, peer assessment. In the video, I'll show you how. But as always, I recommend taking things slowly with this evaluation process, especially if the group isn't very used to self-evaluation.
