THR 30II - More than your third amp?
The THR 30II falls into the "Third Amp" category, which means that it's not your main gigging amp or your studio amp but something entirely different. While I understand the thought of a small, wireless, battery powered, aesthetically pleasing amp, I don't think it should be discounted in the first two categories. After spending some time with it I think it's going to become a very useful tool for me in several different settings: teaching, travelling and as a backup rig on the road. In true minimalist fashion I gave myself some creative limitations while testing this amp to see what it's really capable of. All the music you hear in this video was recorded using the THR 30II direct into GarageBand via USB and I also used it as a monitor to mix the music and edit this video.
