Cut the komatsuna into 3 equal parts, the aburaage into 6 equal parts, cut half the leek diagonally, and remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms. 2. Add olive oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat, add all ingredients except komatsuna, season with salt and pepper, and when the ingredients are soft, add the komatsuna stems first and stir fry. 3. Mix all the ingredients in (A) in a bowl, measure all the ingredients in (B) with a measuring cup and mix, add (B) to the frying pan first and mix, then add (A) and season. 4. Add the steamed salad beans and komatsuna leaves, cover, and turn off the heat before boiling. (If you boil it, the protein in the soy milk will separate and it will become "crumbly.") 5. Serve on a plate and it's done. [ Easy! Avocado dip toast 🥑 ] Cooking time: 10 minutes ■Ingredients (serves 2) Bread of your choice... 4-6 slices Avocado... 1 Broccoli sprouts... appropriate amount Chili powder... to taste (A) Garlic tube... 1 teaspoon Lemon juice... 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise... 1 tablespoon Soy sauce... 1 tablespoon Pepper... appropriate amount ■How to make [Point] The more ripe the avocado, the tastier it will be. 1. Cut the bread and toast it. (It's delicious to eat it as is) 2. Cut the avocado in half, scoop it out with a spoon, put it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork. 3. Mix (A) in a bowl, spread it on the bread, place the broccoli sprouts on top, and sprinkle chili powder (curry powder, etc. is also OK) to your liking. 4.
