In this episode I reviewed the classic Chanel Cristalle, originally composed by Henri Robert. PLEASE EXCUSE the technical hitch that occurs about half-way through the video. Introduction 0:00 Cristalle edt 2:30 Cristalle edp 11:00 Cristalle Eau Verte 16:15 Here's the blotter update: As I say in the video, the Eau Verte version becomes more interesting once you get past that dubious lemon opening: the woods feel sharp and brisk and streamlined. The edp and the edt move closer to each other as they approach their drydowns, but the former still hugs those creamy, musky florals, whereas the latter has no problem whatsoever with coming across as crisp and assertive.
