Juici Jerk: A black owned Caribbean food stall in Selfridges, serving a new age Caribbean cuisine

In this episode I visit the 1st black owned food stall in one of London's most prestigious shopping malls Juici Jerk. We explore what new age carribean cuisine consist of and how they got a spot at Selfridges Troy and Jarrell launched Juici Jerk in 2017 as one of the first home cooking businesses in London before it became the norm. Since opening, Juici Jerk has evolved into a street food vendor, event caterer and multi-dimensional Caribbean kitchen, specialising in serving food with authentic Jamaican flavours and adding our own modern twist.
