I Filmed Japanese Macaques All Day and This Happened!

These wild Japanese Macaques (Snow Monkeys) were extremely entertaining on this snowy day! With so much activity going on all around me, there were times I didn’t know where to point my camera. The most memorable moments of the day were baby monkeys pouncing on each other and swinging on branches, juvenile monkeys playing in the snow and tumbling down a steep snow-covered slope, baby monkeys riding on mom’s back, and peaceful moments of monkeys soaking in the hot spring. It was an amazing day with the Snow Monkeys and one of my favorite days ever filming wildlife! 🐒 These Japanese Macaques are wild monkeys and they come and go as they please.
