This Practice gives you space to open up the spine and muscles used to come into this yoga pose safely and in a way that feels good and accessible. Filled with alignment cues, this yoga class is great for all levels. We will move into these shapes with commitment but with no attachment to results or what the shape is “supposed” to look like, but rather arrive in a space to meet yourself where you are at today.
