《芦屋・西宮・尼崎》山手幹線：ヤマカンはどこまで続いてる？ 【後編／阪神地区／芦屋市→尼崎市】

The "Yamakan (Yamate Main Road)" is a network of city and prefectural roads. I suspect that only a handful of people truly understand its entirety. Even I, when I lived in the Hanshin area, only knew the parts within my own city and the neighboring cities. This time, I drove from the edge of Nagata Ward in Kobe City to the edge of Amagasaki City, and realized just how vast this road truly is. It was designated in urban planning nearly 80 years ago, and construction began more than 50 years ago, but it wasn't fully completed until 2010 (15 years ago). For a very long time, it was in a "fragmented state." Perhaps no one believed that the day would ever come when the "Yamakan" would be fully completed. Nevertheless, it somehow managed to be fully opened, and it became possible to drive all the way along it. So, what's at the eastern end of the "Yamakan"? When I drove there, I encountered a truly shocking ending. Is this really okay? Do I still have to dream? Please check the video to see what exactly happened.
