I flew Asiana Airlines ANCIENT A330s before they're gone

You know the type: chunky, heavily padded seats, thick plastic everywhere, and those tiny entertainment screens that make the cabin feel like a time capsule. Across its fleet, Asiana operates a mix of modern and old planes, with some of their older planes having cabins that haven’t been updated in years, creating a flying experience that can feel… inconsistent at times. Normally, you wouldn’t expect such an airline to do very well, but surprisingly, they’re one of 10 airlines in the whole world to get a 5 star rating, along with a very loyal customer base that helps to fill up planes consistently.
