This film continues the story from "Memiliki Viola 2", following a woman named Elva and her obsession with a girl named Viola, whom she treats like a pet cat. After losing Viola for a month, Elva falls into emotional turmoil. She once believed that after a year together, she had fully made Viola obey her. What Elva doesn’t know is that the one who took Viola is her own friend, Talia. But life under Talia’s care turns out to be even more difficult. Though Talia sees herself as a “mother” to Viola, her ways are far from gentle. Now, Viola finds herself trapped once again, in a different kind of control: softer on the surface, but far more punishing beneath it.
