One of my simplest and favorite recipes is this one. You can add any additives to this bread. Sesame or flax seeds, sunflower or pumpkin seeds. I've added dried cranberries, prunes, and dried apricots. It turns out very tasty. The bread recipe is quite simple. Mix everything with a spatula and pour into molds. Recipe: 300 g premium wheat flour 280 ml water 1 tsp dry yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp Flax seeds I make a separate dough mixture for each loaf of bread. This is convenient. Mix, cover the pans with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 10-12 hours. Place the pans in the oven. No need to turn the oven on in advance. Bake the bread until done. At 200 degrees Celsius, for about 45-50 minutes. In the video, I mentioned that I greased the plastic wrap with oil so that the dough wouldn't stick to the pan, but to the plastic wrap.
