Can You Reach HOTM 8 on a 30M Budget?

Update: Applying "Pocket Iceberg" reforge will make the cost even lower! From what I see, you can do glacite tunnel with minimum of 13M. The loadout would be full yog + scraped gemstone drill LT-522! Don't take my playstyle too seriously! I know it's not always the most efficient. At the end of the day, I'm just someone who happens to enjoy playing SkyBlock.
