Last time, we painted the eaves and gables, and this time we attached gutters to the painted fascias. The intricate roof shape, the distortion of the fascias due to it being an old house, and the extremely long eaves made it difficult to create the slope! This channel features a couple with no construction backgrounds - the husband specializes in metalworking and the wife is a commercial narrator - as they renovate a rundown 49-year-old house with DIY projects to turn it into a base for surfing and BBQs. They purchased a 665-sq. m house near the ocean and are working on the project on their days off. In the summer, they spend a lot of time playing at the beach, but they're making progress little by little. We're very grateful to the many friends who come over to help out from time to time. The couple normally live about an hour and a half's drive from the property, and both they commute to the construction site on their days off.
