Installing Osculati Lockers In My Drascombe Lugger

I finally get everything together to install my new Osculati lockers. I'm really excited to get them done and in this video, I show you exactly what I do to get them installed. I make a few mistakes, so hopefully you can learn from mine, but we get there in the end and even manage to put more polystyrene bouyancy into the tanks that they had in before.
