Recipe HERE Ingredients: 300ml espresso 100g dark chocolate 30g milk chocolate 180g sugar vanilla 200ml 95% alcohol Method: Prepare the espresso using a moka pot or pods. Pour the coffee into a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla, and both dark and milk chocolates. Place the saucepan over low heat and stir, stirring constantly until the sugar and chocolate have melted. At this point, turn off the heat and blend for a smoother mixture without any chocolate residue. Then let it cool. Once the coffee and chocolate base is cold, add the alcohol and stir again.
