The very first night in Amsterdam my wife reserved a table a trendy restaurant called Choux. It's a Michelin guide restaurant, located a short 10 minutes stroll from the Central Station in Amsterdam. Choux has set menu dinner. We picked a four course menu with one extra dish. All four plates were vegetarian with fresh flowers. The extra dish consisted of raw shrimp with frozen rose pedals. After dinner we strolled back to our hotel on the Dam Square along the Damrak Street which was the most touristy street in Amsterdam.
