Drawing on a childhood memory, Bernardo recounts his experience of discovering his masculinity. He shares the prejudice he faced when he came out as a gay man. At the same time, he acknowledges sexist traits in his upbringing and shares his learning and evolution process. Immersing himself in inclusion and diversity projects, especially through amateur sports and the third sector, he has been seeking to strengthen the debate on toxic masculinity, starting from his own experience with sexism and homophobia.
