How to run master planning to procure centrally and distribute to stores in Dynamics 365 Finance

Centralized receiving also helps enforce stricter controls such as 2‑way and 3‑way matching, ensuring sub‑standard materials are rejected before they reach stores. In Dynamics 365, procurement typically uses the Purchase Order default order type, while distribution relies on Transfer Orders generated through master planning.
