Let´Z Talk #5 | Gespräch mit Pfeifenfreunden | Zu Gast Marco...

The time for a delicious tobacco, paired with a good drink, has come again. As always on the first of every month, I'm pleased to present you with a recording of a conversation with a fellow pipe smoker. Thank you, Marco, for sharing your time with me. All consumer goods of any kind shown in this video were purchased by me. What is said in this video is my personal opinion. I make every statement of my own free will and am not being paid for it. Excerpt from the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) Section 10 Smoking in Public, Tobacco Products (1) In restaurants, retail outlets, or other public places, tobacco products and other nicotine-containing products and their containers may neither be given to children or young people nor may they be permitted to smoke or consume nicotine-containing products. (2) Tobacco products and other nicotine-containing products and their containers may not be offered for sale in vending machines in public places. This does not apply if a vending machine 1. is located in a place inaccessible to children and young people, or 2. is ensured by technical devices or constant supervision that children and young people cannot remove tobacco products and other nicotine-containing products and their containers. (3) Tobacco products and other nicotine-containing products and their containers may neither be offered to children and young people via mail order nor delivered to children and young people via mail order. (4) Paragraphs 1 to 3 also apply to nicotine-free products, such as electronic cigarettes or electronic hookahs, in which liquid is vaporized by an electronic heating element and the resulting aerosols are inhaled orally, as well as to their containers. Section 9 Alcoholic Beverages (1) In restaurants, retail outlets, or other public places, the following are prohibited: 1. Beer, wine, wine-like beverages, or sparkling wine, or mixtures of beer, wine, wine-like beverages, or sparkling wine with non-alcoholic beverages, may not be sold or served to children and young people under the age of 16. 2. Other alcoholic beverages or food containing other alcoholic beverages in more than a negligible quantity may not be sold or served to children and young people, nor may they be permitted to consume them. (2) Paragraph 1, number 1, does not apply if young people are accompanied by a person with parental responsibility. (3) Alcoholic beverages may not be offered for sale in vending machines in public places. This does not apply if a vending machine is 1. located in a place inaccessible to children and young people, or 2. located in a commercially used space and technical devices or constant supervision ensure that children and young people cannot obtain alcoholic beverages. Section 20, number 1, of the Restaurant Act remains unaffected. (4) Alcoholic soft drinks as defined in Section 1, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Alcopop Tax Act may only be placed on the market commercially with the notice "Sale to persons under 18 years of age prohibited, Section 9 Youth Protection Act". This notice must be displayed on the packaging in the same font, size and color as the brand or trade name or, if none exists, as the product name, and in the case of bottles, on the front label.
