The Timing Aspect of Hurdling
In this video I discuss the timing aspect of hurdling, focusing on how there are six things that happen at the same time during take-off. If these six things are executed in sync, then a smooth hurdle clearance is all but assured. Understanding the timing aspect, and conceptualizing how all parts of the body are working together as a unified whole, can simplify the learning process and speed up progress in the development of technical mastery and rhythmic mastery.
