The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E. Steve Stevens has some great guitar work in the first half of "Eyes Without a Face". From the chord progressions, to the natural harmonic melodies, he creates an ethereal quality to the song. However, midway through, he launches into a killer guitar riff that eventually dissolves into a guitar solo that is like a collection of textures more than anything. Steve Stevens is always really great at creating these types of solo. They are always very unpredictable, contain a lot both of highly unique yet very musical ideas, that also fit the song perfectly.
