August 2025: I travelled solo from London to Manila via Kuwait to check the minivan I ordered five months earlier which I plan to use to travel around the Philippines once the unit is completed. - Ash Around 48 hours later, I flew from Manila to Brisbane via Singapore and Sydney to visit and bond with my siblings and their families. It was my second time in the Land Down Under, the first was in 2008. We visited the Roma Street Parkland in Brisbane, recognised as the largest subtropical garden located within an urban city centre in the world. The next day, I attended church and later in the evening, a party to welcome me and for August birthday celebrants was thrown in for good measure.
