Cars Hi-Octane Edition: Sally on Academy Challenge 4

Time for some more Race-O-Rama maps. Hopefully I can do these at a somewhat faster pace. I know the last time I showed one of these was back in February. Also, for those who are wondering why I moved back to Bandicam. I'm currently having problems with OBS, so until I can get those fixed, I'll be using Bandicam until further noticed. Also yes, I'm aware the loading screen looks low-quality. It's because I was too lazy to grab the loading screens from ROR. Eventually, I'm gonna make my own custom loading screens but for now, I'm working with what I'm doing. Before anyway ask: No. I'm not giving out the scenes to anyone that didn't get permission from Code to not release any private modding tools to the public. They WILL be in the next public version of Hi-Octane, Aswell as a few patches for ROR animations and the launcher. Regardless, any requests for download links will be ignored or denied.
