Fastest Developing City In Southern Europe? Constanta Romania 🇷🇴 I saw a video about this city. Even one of friends of mine live there, it's a lovely girl called Catalina :D I got an insight of this city myself and I was amazed. I've seen great progress on almost every street in the Romanian city of Constanta. Both in building infrastructure and all buildings. All this took place in 2009-2021.
