Borealis Does Serious Witness Damage? Updated Solo GM Excision Tutorial!

Since Bungie did a community event around Excision, I decided to do an updated version of my GM Excision tutorial. You can use this solo, or with a team of any size, as it will put the work in. This one shows the whole run (with some mild edits), with one build (not 3) and utilizes Borealis as the main damage weapon against the Witness. With the Hunter's Journal Artifact, and the updates to Borealis, we now have access to a shield breaking sniper, that does some really solid damage with Incendiary Rifle Rounds and Sniper's Meditation. Honestly, this build might be good outside of Excision...
