Previously, Rico led the field of cooperation with non-governmental organizations and the private sector for almost a decade. During that period, he initiated various innovations, including the development of the SINGO application for managing cooperation with international non-governmental organizations, the establishment of a podcast studio as a means of disseminating knowledge and best practices, and the development of a YouTube channel for public education and communication regarding international cooperation. In addition to his experience in international cooperation, Rico also served at the Directorate General of Politics and General Government, focusing on strengthening political party institutions, improving political regulations, and supporting the implementation of national elections. This experience provides a comprehensive perspective on governance, democracy, and capacity building of public institutions in Indonesia.
