This boss has the usual benefits: fast attack with big hitboxes. Generally, you should try to use quick attacks like Doc's MP to interrupt it. Sometimes it will just stand still menacingly and even let you have a free hit, but don't count on it too much. You also should avoid jumping in general, because it will usually counter it near-instant anti-air.
